A thought about the recent SCOTUS ruling....

While it's a great thing that the SCOTUS finally cut off the ability of partisan district judges to issue blanket nationwide bans ,I wouldn't get too excited yet.The high court allowed other avenues for challenges (e.g Class actions suits .) Just watch -the district judges will abuse those channels.

The recent Supreme Court ruling on homosexual and transsexual literature in schools is very good too. Public schools in United States must now inform parents when they plan to indoctrinate with homosexual and transsexual material and allow them to refuse, lest they risk violating “free exercise clause” and being hit with federal lawsuit.
