Fake News, Regardless Of What The Facts Are

Watching live news. Trump and the Dutch Prime Minister were responding to press questions. Trump went on a tirade about CNN and the New York Times, accusing them of pushing fake news that disparages the US military.

It didn't dawn on him that he also acknowledged the existence of the report, so it's not fake news.

It's not like anyone is saying that the pilots did not pull off a bullseye, it's that the weapons they used has never been tested in real-life situations.

But Trump announced, just as US pilots left Iranian airspace that the Iranian nuke facilities were obliterated, so facts no longer matter.

When the polls provide favourable news to him, they are fantastic. When the polls indicate he's unpopular, they are "fake news." Dismissing inconvenient facts is part of his schtick. For "the base," it never gets old and they are mesmerized by that weakness which they perceive as a strength and one they like to mimic.
