ICE erased this American citizen's identity

An officer didn't find him in the system when he was pulled over. Turns out ICE erased him from the system as he had an Spanish sounding last name. Apparently the officers told him there's nothing that can be done, he's permanently erased and he's likely to keep having this issue if he's pulled over again.

Wtf they are erasing american citizen's identities.
