Ice agents are out of control, showing fake badges to people.

Somewhere at the beginning of the video, a little bit further in, a woman confronts bounty hunters posing as ice. Trump has deputized them and are using local bounty hunters to arrest people. They gave her a fake badge and then got in their cars and left after she told them racial profiling is illegal.

They need to be unmasked, when they're masked, it gives them a sense of confidence to do what they want to people.
