The Constitution is a great document when it supports the President’s view but inconvenient when it doesn’t. He seems to have a particular need to explore the limitations of his Executive authority. His mantra being “see you in court.”

and ask why should he limit himself ..

@markinkansas I could be wrong, and likely am, but I thought the Supreme Court ruled that he himself cannot be held liable for acts committed while in office if done as part of his Presidential duties. I don’t believe that holds true for the actions of his administration and the implementation of his policies or orders.

@markinkansas understood but can the courts block the administration from acting in certain ways? Of course that also falls on Congress to have the balls to be a truly co-equal branch of government. Guess we will see

@Corporalcolleague who controls congress.. this was in the planning for many years .. first change the media.. fox news worked for combating cnn news .. then start voting in people in a ranges of jobs from post office . city workers. .. interesting read is project 2025
