It's funny, sometimes Gaza is a different country, so what Israel is doing is a war. Sometimes Gaza is part of Israel, so if someone comes there with aide, that person entered Israel without a visa. 🤔

Also, she didn't choose to enter Israel, the ship she was on was intercepted.
