What is Lyndsey Graham doing in Kyiv?

U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal spent $814,806 on hotel expenses in Kyiv, Ukraine on June 1. This is an absurd amount of money for a couple of days' stay even in Monaco. Who is paying for this? And who authorized these two asses to conduct foreign policy business?

I rarely choose to visualize what Graham and anyone may be doing at any given time, since it tends to bring up some disturbing images.

However, in this case, I don't mind visualizing both of them chuckling about the absurd amount of misinformation spreading across the Internet.
