Wife and 5 Children of Boulder Attack Suspect in Federal Custody

Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations have arrested the family of the lead suspect in the Boulder, Colorado attack, according Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

Mohamed Soliman’s “despicable actions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, but we’re also investigating to what extent his family knew about this horrific attack attack, if they had any knowledge of it, or if they provided support to it,” Noem said in a video on X Tuesday.

Soliman’s wife and all five children are in federal custody.

“I’m being told the family is being processed for expedited removal, which allows rapid deportation without a hearing before an immigration court/judge,” Melugin, Fox News national correspondent, said.

Soliman’s wife and five children were in the U.S. on visas that the State Department had revoked, according to the New York Post. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Monday that “all terrorists, their family members, and terrorist sympathizers here on a visa should know that under the Trump administration we will find you, revoke your visa, and deport you.”

Good. Reasonable to assume others in his family knew about this. It is their responsibility to say something.

Around 15 years ago, i was issued a camera at my job that previously was used by an Egyptian employee that had suddenly quit and returned to Egypt without notice. He forgot to delete his memory card - and on the camera roll were a bunch of strange pictures and videos of him and his kids at a gun range. In one video the man in charge of the gun range yelled at him for violating a safety rule. Had he just been an average american I might not not have paid attention. But a reclusive Egyptian man who kept to himself and quit suddenly to move back to Egypt? You bet I reported him!
