@jshm2 If you can find a rental for 1780 bucks, it would be in some high crime run down area. Average rent in SAMO is somewhere between 4-5k a month.

@jshm2 I looked at apartments in the hood once, there was bedrooms, not even apartments, going for 900 monthly. And that was just a bedroom in a house that wasn't even yours.
