idk, i was just driving and this kid was j-walking and flipped me off when i swerved at him.

@CookieCrisp Hmmm .... thinking back to the to the 50s, with a kid in the street, most drivers simply stopped rather than serve around them.
I remember as a 9 or 10 year old riding my bicycle to school with my school stuff in the front basket. I hadn't secured it well and the papers started to fly out. Reaching to grab the papers I lost control of my bike and fell in the center of the roadway. A car directly behind me stopped and the driver got out of his car and singled oncoming cars to stop. Then helped me get up, checked that I was OK and helped gather the papers and scattered school stuffed and after a few minutes had me on my way again with but a minor scrape on my elbow.
It would probably be the same if it happened today. But maybe not as likely.
