Plaasmoorde Or When A Massacre Burial Site Is Not A Massacre Burial Site
Remember the the time Trump got his knickers in a twist over a picture showing MS13 photoshopped over someone's fist?
Hard as he tried, the interviewer could not get Trump to move off, insisting that the photoshopped MS13 is a real picture.
The issue is not about the guy's guilt of innocence, it's about how easy it is for Trump to fall for, and spread fake news.
Yesterday, he insisted that a picture of a site marked with the word Plaasmoorde, is an actual mass murder burial site. Elon told him, after all.
And of course the SW MAGAs now insist on it.
Here's some reading:

To summarize, Afrikaner activists decided to start placing crosses along a stretch of highway, symbolizing murdered whites, somewhere in South Africa. At one point, the authorities forced them to stop doing that, as it's a traffic hazard.
So, the Afrikaaers decided to create a monument on private land, and called it Plaasmoorde. It is supported via donations. Perhaps Musk contributes. I'm not arguing that whites are not murdered in South Africa. I'm simply saying that the site is NOT an actual mass murder burial site, and this is a memorial, not actual grace markers.
But try convincing Trump this is a fake massacre, and for that matter SW MAGAs.
But MAGA be MAGA.

I think this is a good example of how ill informed Trump is - or how he lies to try and make his claim seem true. During the meeting, Trump held up a series of articles which he claimed showed evidence of white farmer killings in South Africa. There was an image clearly visible as Trump spoke and said: "Look, here's burial sites all over the place. These are all white farmers that are being buried." But the image isn't from South Africa - it's actually from a report about women being killed in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Cheers!
