Firstly, those crosses do not mark graves. They are a memorial set up to mark the graves of farmers and farm workers who had been murdered over the years. They were of every race, colour, sex and creed, NOT just White farmers.
The "source" that these crosses actually marked the graves of White Afrikaner farmers? Elon Musk.
Secondly, the image that Trump showed President Ramaphosa, saying ""Look, here's burial sites all over the place. These are all white farmers that are being buried." isn't about White farmer killings in South Africa - it's actually from a report about women being killed in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The French news agency AFP initially pointed out the image, and it has been confirmed as being from a Reuters news agency clip filmed in the DR Congo city of Goma in February of this year.
