Simple. This is a few years old but says white people make up 16.1% of the population but only 4.2% of homicide victims.

Sorry but I really don't think that's relevant. Both the time period, but especially the fact it only studies 4 cities. The killings we are discussing are on remote farms, not in cities.

The second article is a good distillation of how the media and politicians are using misdirection and taking things out of context with regards to these murders. They freely admit it happens. They freely admit its horrible, brutal and shocking.

But then they pivot and shine the light on another context to minimize these killings and mayhem.

They cynically compare the entire Black population murder rate to the White population murder rate and muddy the waters. They don't dive into the stats, rather just cherry pick what helps demonstrate the point.

There is a marked difference in crime rates in cities compared to rural areas wouldn't you say?

In addition, as I mentioned in another comment, the authorities are cynically engaging in semantics to deny this is a genocide.

Perhaps it doesn't meet the classic definition. Does that mean we should not pay attention? Does that mean we should dismiss these things out of hand? Does that mean we shouldn't help White farmers there if they want to apply for refugee status here?
