@DeWayfarer When you make your money off the backs of the misfortunate you have to make a villain of the ones who caught you or you are exposed as the worst of the worst. Follow the money and most of it never got to what it was intended for. I once was appointed to oversee a grant for measly 250000 dollars. They paid me 30000 to oversee the grant about a month in after going through everything I could see the whole program was bogus. I called the government agency that gave the company i was working for the grant money. I told the man the company in charge that after a close look I had discovered that the grant proposal that he fulfilled was fraudulent. The man asks me my name and used a long line of profanity and said listen stupid your company has the money I cannot take it back make it disappear or next year they get nothing quit acting like a child and then he hung up. That was i little none profit in the middle of nowhere. DOGE has found what i experienced on a grand scale dealing with millions and billions. A grant to help small children to keep from getting malaria. Sound wonderful the foundation gets millions. Executives get millions and the money gets trickled out to waiting hands and maybe 10000 of millions buys some bug tents that get passed out in a photo op. The company gets caught not spending the money right and they show some stats of kids with malaria and tell the world if only you would not have blamed us for being corrupt this would not have happened. I scam that has gone on since the beginning of time. Nobody wants anything fixed because everybody has a hand in the till and we are all told quit acting like children your killing people just spent the money or next year you get none.
