I'm against repealing the 19th amendment. I think we should make voting mandatory.

Not letting men off the hook either, I think we should make it mandatory to vote and charge people a nag fee to not do it, and by nag fee I don't mean something stupidly high and unaffordable but just enough to get people to think twice about not doing their civic duty. But since I think we should make it a Civil infraction to not vote for everyone, that includes thinking women should be required by law to vote. Fuck Excluding Anyone. I'm against taking voting rights away from anyone.

Base citizenship on how much you vote. If any pass on certain issues, say local issues, then you have less citizenship rights.

Fees wouldn't work. Some can't afford any fees. Think of a migrant worker. Barely surviving.

You want to encourage voting. So you need to reward voting. Not penalize for not voting.

Refusing to vote on anything could be deportation from the area, state or country with loss of citizenship.

The carrot or stick principle works.
