Apperently, when you interview him, you need to tell him how great he is.

He thinks they are foolish, most agree with him. They all have to put their own slant on every question. They think it will make the person stumble or say something strange. Didn't work for them in this case. 🙂

Yes, you can give him proven facts and he'll just deny it without any proof to back it up.
