Democrats Could Use DEI Claims to Force Rebel David Hogg from DNC

It’s never a good idea to poke the bear — especially when the bear runs the Democratic National Committee. But David Hogg, Parkland survivor turned progressive power player, seems to have mistaken the DNC for a student council club.

Fresh off his win as vice chair earlier this year, Hogg capitalized on the DNC’s mailing lists and donor pipeline to raise millions—not for the party, but for his own group, “Leaders We Deserve.” His plan? Funnel some $20 million into primary challenges against safe-seat Democrats in the upcoming midterms. In short: he tapped the establishment’s resources to wage war on its own incumbents.

And now? It’s the same establishment — aided by the very progressive ideologies that created Hogg’s career — that’s trying to show him the door.

When the Left eats lunch — and its own leaders
Enter Kalyn Free, a Native American Democratic Party member who lost the vice chair election to Hogg in February. Free is now trying to get the election nullified, not because Hogg broke rules about fundraising or party loyalty — but because he’s not a woman of color.

Free’s formal complaint alleges that the DNC’s election process discriminated against “three women of color” and violated its own sacred charter on fairness, gender, and diversity. The committee will hear her grievance on May 12, and may vote to erase Hogg’s victory and hold a do-over.
