Is Trump purposefully toying with tariffs to control things like the stock market so he can benefit from the fluctuations?

I highly doubt it considering all of his money is invested in his properties golf courses and hotels. But one of the biggest reasons is the Federal reserve for the last close to 15 years has had artificial manipulation of between 300 billion and 600 billion pumped into it by the Federal reserve every month think about that that means the Federal reserve they spending for the seven trillion dollars a year that you didn't know the federal government was over inflating the value of our stock market.
