The "Tяump Equation" is garbage.

The "delta tau" representing "change in tau" is fine. So is the subscript i which causes a different value to be subbed in for each different country. The ε×φ is garbage.
In physics, epsilon, ε, means permittivity of electric fields in a medium, measured in farads per meter. In math, epsilon, ε is dimensionless and represents an arbitrarily small value that approaches zero as a limit.
Meanwhile, phi, φ, usually represents a Schrödinger wave function with units (length)^(-3/2). In classical math, phi, φ, represents the "golden ratio" a dimensionless irrational number associated with the Fibonacci sequence with approx value 1.618034.
