Stalling, not stopping. The ONE judge who wanted Trump to bring an MS13 gang affiliated person BACK to the USA has been overturned by the Supreme Court. Trump was upheld.

The rest of the pissy little lawsuits will, IMO, ALSO be overturned.

They have not been successful at all. Nor should they be. District court judges do not have the jurisdictional authority.
