The Republicans DON'T want the federal AG in the process. Why Trump and friends limited the federal attorney general. Under Biden this would be a federal case. So it would be under Obama.

This states rights thing only helps REPUBLICANS. Even this REPUBLICAN supreme court is pushing States rights in EVERYTHING. This is why Trump pushed REPUBLICAN justices in the supreme Court, in his very first term! He doesn't want any federal cases.

He can control the states through the electoral system! He can control the supreme court through appointments. The electorial system is for Republicans!

This also why the electorial system needs to be dumped, along with the whole 10th amendment! It's for the REPUBLIC!

A state is not a person to have rights! It's undemocratic! They want republic instead of a democracy.

If you are for this, you are for Republics. If you are against this, then you are a Democrat, who is for Democracy!

@DeWayfarer States rights isn't a Republican thing. It's an American thing. It's a foundation of American democracy. And, the United States was founded as a republic. There is no surprise there and nothing to be ashamed about. It is worth preserving and protecting. And, in case you didn't hear... the State through its election caused the moneyman to go packing and lamely claim he spent millions of dollars and knew he was going to lose. Everything worked at as it should have. And, that is good. All is well.
