I truly dislike Bianco.

Yup. ICE has being doing things like breaking windows of cars and terrorizing pregnant women. Also I couldn't imagine being a 40 year old ICE agent and arresting a child getting treatment for brain cancer because the parents were going to get deported for visiting their child.

According to Maga, both the child, child's parents and the pregnant woman are "hardened" criminals.
