Would rather eliminate the 10th amendment outright.

A state is a concept, not a person to have rights!

Yet you're talking impossibilities anyway. There's not a consensus to change anything in the constitution!

Might as well ask for executive orders to be limited to six months. And be ratified by Congress with a ⅔rds majority for anything further.

Oh, you can't have a real democracy can you?
