Apparently tRUMP is trying to claim that he declassified the war plans

In theory, he has the authority to do so. But these plans were leaked (Thanks, Pete, you old drunken fool) prior to their execution and, therefore, were active orders. The leaks were not redacted at all. Our personnel were placed in harms way—in an obviously reckless manner and now the tRUMP misadministration is actively trying to cover up and poo poo the significance of this breach.

Unless a lot has changed since I retired in 2019, you could not declassify war plans except by going through a rigorous process.

Despite his claims, it is reckless of tRUMP to have so little control over his obviously unqualified misadministration!
