I dislike Republicans currently but tallow doesn't give people heart attacks. I like this person, he's a metabolic scientist that goes into a lot of it.

@trollslayer This is true about seed oils too but the hysteria around saturated fat is weak at best. That place in question was a processed foods place and the makeup of foods matter when you eat.

@SatanBurger well, the steak and shake patrons are no different. Telling unhealthy people that fries cooked in tallow are healthier is quite irresponsible.
