Rogue agency?

NATO which only exists thanks the the US is trying to buck Trump's peace efforts in Ukraine by launching missiles at Moscow. Were Trump wise he would pull all the funding for NATO and let the Eurocrats eat their own as they are completely disarmed without the US. Germany doesn't even have a regiment that is ready to fight.
