Will they Comply or Lose their Jobs?

It seems like No Federal Worker has ever been required to fill out an Hour by Hour Chart and End of the Day Report. Or are they afraid that it'll be discovered that their actual Work Time intervenes with their Instagram/Tik_Tok/FaceBook/Instant Messaging/Online Gaming time.

I presume that means detailing what they have done by daily, even hourly diaries.

How much time can that waste? Any proper business manager is concerned that the work is done properly and on time, and staff on flexi-time need record their times on and off; and those criteria alone form any such "report".
