Will they Comply or Lose their Jobs?

It seems like No Federal Worker has ever been required to fill out an Hour by Hour Chart and End of the Day Report. Or are they afraid that it'll be discovered that their actual Work Time intervenes with their Instagram/Tik_Tok/FaceBook/Instant Messaging/Online Gaming time.

Hour by hour report is grotesgue micro managing, no good employer does that.
@JimboSaturn In law firms, lawyers have to write billing reports for each 6-minute interval of billable time.

@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays Ya true, I used to love looking at those bills at my work "reading e-mail" 5 minutes, $100

@JimboSaturn ever heard of incentive pay? That's working above the required amount each hour. At some companies that could be bonus pay each week or once a month or each quarter or at the end of the year. Or it could also determine whether you get a 2% pay raise or a 10% pay raise. GM, Ford, Chrysler, GE, Cummins, Textron, and many others have similar incentive pay guidelines.

@dakotaviper no not like that. Where I work we have a performance review where you are evaluated. I dont think that that kind of management style would fly in an office situation with salaried employees

This is 100% incorrect.
