wheni was at collge, once ayear we had me agaisnt women sports day, the women always won

@kittee that's why many sports are now segregated. First only men were interested and dominated sports. Then women started joining and as soon as they won a medal, women were banned from competing. A few years later they were allowed back in, but only in their own league.

@NerdyPotato welli think itbecasue the men didnt want to hurt the women so played very softly
NerdyPotato · M
@kittee maybe, but it's more likely they were just sore losers. Especially in sports without physical contact between athletes.

@NerdyPotato it was rugby, lots of contact, they werent sore losers, they admited defeat,

@kittee maybe in your college games, but I doubt women got banned from professional sports historically because men felt the need to let them win.

Got any evidence for this claim of yours?

@Pambie I have two examples for you:
A) Figure skating used to be a mixed event on paper but only males enrolled until 1902. Then Florence Madeline "Madge" Syers became the first woman ever to participate and immediately took the silver medal. A year later, women were banned from the sport and were given their own event in 1905.
B) Skeet shooting had been a mixed event on the Olympics since 1968. When Zhang Shan became the first woman to win gold in 1992, women were banned in 1996. They were rewelcomed in 2000, but only in a segregated competition.
Now, do you have any evidence that Imane Khelif is a man? Or any details on what makes you consider her one? I noticed you went pretty quiet when I pointed out she's female according to everything you all usually point to.
