The Constitutional Crisis of Our Times

The Constitution of the US is cut and dry, no interpretation needed. or required. Yet the Supreme Court thru their court rulings over the past 40 years have allowed our democratic republic being very susceptible to the abuses of power we are witnessing by the actions of the Trump Administration and the Republican party.

The evidence is quite clear. Trump's executive orders since day one have blatantly ignored the rule of law and violated the Constitution. As a result, millions around the world are experiencing traumatic effects from his disregard for the sanctity of life by striping the allocated funding from USAID. Not since Hitler of the 1930's has the United States been exposed to the want-a-be dictatorship of one Donald Trump.

The United States for decades has been that beacon of hope that shining light of freedom for citizens of the world. Now that beacon of hope is being extinguished by the shear audacity of the Trump Administration. Never before has the US faced such an assault on the rule of law and our Constitution.

With the oligarchs in control of much of the media bending to the whims of this Administration are making an almost convincing argument that Trump and Musk in their non-Constitutional formed DOEA are bringing accountability of government spending. In essence what they are doing is nothing more than a power grab to seize funding for their much-needed tax breaks for the oligarchs that now control the government of the US.

The narrative portrayed by much of the media that Musk and Trump's DOEA are finding millions of deceased individuals are receiving Social Security checks. Nothing could be further from the truth. Let's be very clear the Trump Administration has proceeded without the slightest regard for the American citizens. We have to remember that back in 1930 the Snoot- Hawley Tariff ack made the Great Depression a global catastrophe. And here we are again on the brink of another recession that could very well turn into a much more catastrophic depression.

Not only is this Administration causing undue harm to the US economy but causing international tensions that really could engulf the world into an infernal of global tempests. Now the question is, can the actions of Trump and Musk be revoked and can we restore the collateral damage both domestically and internationally that the un-Constitutional DOEA and the executive orders that Trump have already put in play?

Remember Thomas Jefferson warning in The Declaration of Independence "it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness" Just think of what we can do in creating that more perfect union of a government of the people by the people and for the people if we put our beliefs behind our founding principles of Liberty, Justice, Education, and Morality.

The phrase makes no sense because the crisis is over. Probably when the Supreme Court ruled the Constitution didn’t apply to Trump, or when the Senate blessed Trump’s coup.
