Yes if the "auditor" has no qualifications or aptitude for the job, sacked all those who were qualified, thinks that putting out a three line tweet constitutes "evidence", and then has the temerity to charge customers of said bank $8m a day for his "services".

@hippyjoe1955 Sadly I am not. If I were extracting $8m a day from the public purse for unspecified "services" with the blessing of the President, I would count my blessings and head for Switzerland.
