Biden HHS Official Directed $22.6B in Migrant Aid to Former Employers
Robin Dunn Marcos, who led HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) under President Joe Biden, oversaw an astronomical $22.6 billion in grant distributions since 2020.
The International Rescue Committee (IRC), where Dunn Marcos spent 23 years as a senior director, received $598 million in grants. Church World Service, another previous employer, was awarded $355 million. HHS officials claim that Dunn Marcos recused herself from decisions involving these organizations.
