Illegal immigrants from several countries including Venezuela, Cuba, and Haiti are allowed to claim "asylum" a legal status that gives them extra rights and protections from being deported from the US.

Several countries have figured out they can empty their prisons and mental institutions and send these people to the southern border to claim asylum.

I know you won't believe it, and I don't care.

But I thought you should know.

And once free what’s preventing them from simply waltzing right back into their home country? The one they most likely have family in and never wanted to leave in the first place? @Vin53 They scheduled appointments through the CBP one app. This allowed the Biden administration to bypass customs and border and get Haitians, Venezuleans, and Cubans preferential treatment and allowed them to skip the typical process. Illegal immigrants were then flown all over the country, including Springfield PA, which is probably the only thing here you have heard of.
