If it is Trump's fault and I sincerely doubt it - It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch - well unless it was Mossad being exposed. Those two outfits are evil to the core. Even Harry Truman regretted having created the CIA.

Truman actually wrote that he "would like to see the CIA be restored to its originally assignment as the intelligence arm of the President."

He wrote that in an op-ed in 1963, only a couple years after the Bay of Pigs fisaco.

It's not some fourth branch of the goverment.

John Ratcliffe was already confirmed as Trump's new CIA director four days into his presidency.
