It's a good initiative. Now if there is any fight in that region, it's a direct attack to US and I don't think anyone would want to provoke US for nothing.
Also, there should not be any dispute on Gaza. Muslims HAVE already marked their sacred places as MECCA and MEDINA in Sauda Arabia KSA where Muslims from all over the world are supposed to visit once in their lifetime.
I don't know why they need a controversial 3rd land and keep disputing on it over decades and centuries. They should have the courtesy to atleast leave one place of worship for Jews and Christians. People supporting Gaza support their efforts to intrude into Israel and also support this constant state of turmoil bad for human beings, bad for economy and bad for overall well being of people.

@Richard65 I don't think Daniels was in favour of ethnic cleansing.
My take on all this is Trump's plan is insane. How about Trump uses his power to stop Netanyahu mercilessly bombing Gaza and create a two state solution of Israel and Palestine. Oh, and also remove the illegal Israeli settlements in the Gaza Strip.

@BritishFailedAesthetic I'll disagree with the first part. He's definitely suggesting ethnic cleansing is a good idea worth considering. I'd go as far as saying quite a few people on here don't appear to understand the actual substance of their own statements. He literally starts his comment by saying, "It's a good initiative." How else is one to read and understand that?

They have many holy places where they already have their mosque. Why do they want another mosque right in Jerusalem? Isn't that wrong? Atleast check out holy places of Muslims.

@DanielsASJ There are Christians in Palestine too and no doubt the Gospel Baptist church the IDF bombed wasn't an accident.

@SW-User I think history will tell you more about these topics. 600-700 AD, that land was occupied by people from the other tribe who worshipped Quran. 700 AD, Al-Aqsa mosque was built and Jews were ousted from that region. That is how Jews made it to Europe and Germany. USA just made Israel reclaim its fallen land after WWII.

@DanielsASJ Why not go back 20,000 years while you're at it? The fact remains, Palestine predates Israel by more than 2000 years. Also, Israel has flagrantly violated the original territorial boundaries that were established in 1948, and is illegally occupying most of Palestine.
Israel is to blame for this situation. Palestinians are not, and will not, be going anywhere.
(Also, I have to say, it's not the US responsible for the creation of Israel, it's Great Britain. They are the ones ultimately to blame.)
