@SW-User no sense? The point, and one I hope you are intentionally pretending to miss, is that tariffs are nothing but a tax.

@SW-User that’s the point! Taxes raise the price for consumers! If you haven’t any problem with US corporations being taxed by the Federal Government, then why would a corporate tax placed on Chinese Corporations seemingly give you so much heartburn? Either you are in denial of your own hypocrisy or you are more protective of Chinese economy over the U.S. economy. Which is it?

Your pretentious act of only being concerned for the welfare of the American consumer is as fake as Biden being completely “focused and mentally sharp”— let me guess, you’re all down with the “social justice” thing,, which is nothing but a front for Marxism, for those smart enough to recognize that. You probably pretend to “hate the rich” when in fact you really hate that you’re not rich. But I’m willing to call a halt to any tariffs, if you will agree to call for the removal of all corporate taxes on American companies and save the American consumer those added cost.

@SW-User once again, you purposely miss the point. Tariffs have the same effect on the final price of goods as taxes do. If you are in support of the US Government taxing American Corporations then you must be ok with the US taxing China Corporations. Why do you want to cut the US Government's tax revenue?

@MyGirlPhotoswell Not missing the point at all. The tariffs are simply Trump's way of making himself look big to the Base, and the costs of the tariffs will then be passed on to American consumers in the form of higher prices, and yes, higher tax rises.
