Why have at least two of the pardoned January 6 rioters already been rearrested on CP charges?

Another one was on the Alex Jones' podcast saying there would be retribution for what was done to him and he needs to make sure the next 4 years lasts for the next hundred.
Not sure what he means by that but it sounds ominous.

Because, by being freed by a criminal they believe they are untouchable and will be freed again when found guilty in a court of law.
The lawless always believe they are not subject to the law, but are above it.
