Wales I too have compassion for women who find themselves in unplanned and unwanted pregnancy situations which is why I donate my money supplies and time to pregnancy care centers. We just have different priorities when we say compassion. Like I have said, if pro life says “ abortion should be illegal “ but offer no alternatives the words would be empty but there are different alternatives. No woman has to choose abortion Especially since around 99.5% of unplanned pregnancies are due to consensual sex.
Just because there are people who support abortion doesn’t mean it is right. There have been things that have been legally accepted but immoral. Like slavery and oppression of women and whipping children. People take laws to the extreme. Abortion use to be accepted early in pregnancy but now is supported up until the moment of birth. The more advanced we have become the more barbaric we have become.
It is and always has been legal to save the mother’s life first. The thing is there is absolutely no reason to intentionally and deliberately kill the baby to save her life when an induction for an early delivery or a c section can and should be done. A life limiting diagnosis or an abnormality isn’t a reason either. Most of these are found after 21 weeks when the baby can survive outside the womb. If it has a heartbeat it deserves to be born. Palliative nurses provide end of life pain relief to ensure that the baby doesn’t suffer An emergency c section can be done in a half hour. A late term abortion can take up to three days. If an abortion would erase the trauma of rape I would support it but it doesn’t. Wether she keeps the baby or choose adoption, Not all but most women are not sorry. ( I have never met one )
Most animals are not slaughtered alive. If they are this has to be reported and stopped. I believe Michael Vick should have gotten life without the possibility of parole for participation in the dog fighting
If you think it should be considered murder to kill and eat animals. Why is should it not be considered murder to kill human beings? What do you suggest we should do about the over population of animals? Do you think we should watch them starve?

I’m not trying to have the last word. I just think that you to own your pro abortion stance. You can support life also but you DO support intentionally and deliberately ending a human life through abortion
