I think the very best country for Trump to annex would be Australia instead of Greenland and Canada, where he could set up a military base in Sydney, thereby giving him quick and easy opportunity to invade the continent of Antartica with nuclear force if necessary which would then become the new American 'south', but which the consumption of grits would become optional instead of mandatory like they are right now in the American south up north.
@swirlie Small point of order. America already has an established base outside Darwin. And there is the 'secret" signals base at Pine Gap. As for grit. Try eating an egg sandwich at the beach..And its a fact that America has no "South" Unless you count mexico, Brazil, Argentina and the rest..😷
