Judge Ipholds Trump’s Felony Conviction, Schedules Sentencing For Jan. 10

The decision to schedule the sentencing days before the inauguration almost certainly means Donald Trump will be the first felon to serve as a U.S. president.

Winning!

A few weeks ago I asked if Biden should pardon Trump, because he is unlikely to be sentenced to anything, but a pardon acknowledges a guilty verdict. This has the same effect. It puts in official record that Trump is a felon, but spares the rest of the process. At this point, it really can’t be expected that Trump would ever serve any other sentence, no matter how deserving.

If this goes through it will add ammo to the argument to remove him as President later. No matter who picks up that torch..😷

Topic A: Trump is getting sentenced for his crimes.

Topic B: President Biden has slowed down over the past 4 years

We have a troll here who thinks that because Topic A is mentioned, it triggers an auto-response from her, and she feels obligated to troll the post with Topic B.

Imagine having such a limited brain, to the point where your only response to a topic, is an unrelated topic, because MAGA rule #1: if the Trump obvious is pointed out, simply attack Biden.

@swirlie Sadly, you think this is about you. It is not. Narcissistic much?
The important thing about this decision is that trump cannot now appeal the additional $84 million second judgement for defamation. He still has not paid a dime of that.........and it is growing daily at a 4.5% interest rate. If he never pays......when thank God he dies finally..........she or her heirs can hit his estate for the cash lump sum.
If he is sworn in as a convicted felon his revenge may be so extreme that he would be removed from office. He already hates the democrats, liberals, communists, prosecutors and judges, that he claims persecuted him in public for years. That just might work!

The ethical situations is precarious. And it looks as if Trump is made of tephlon and that our countrymen is full of people who don't want to admit they did anything inappropriate or wrong.

It's crazy. Wait and see how much crazier it gets! I can only hope that we are all very wrong about him.

I was feeling sad and blue and almost worthy of volunteering to be hurled into the mouth of an active volcano, but now I actually feel much better, much more alive, feeling a sense of hope instead of a cloud of despair from America's Tom foolery! Thanks for providing this burst of cocaine happiness today, Northwest!

it doesn't take a genius to know where i was going with my comment

And yet any 2nd grader can figure out it's trolling and got nothing to with the post. So why can't you, and better yet, you're still trolling?
