A maximum age to be eligible to be a candidate; of 69 years old which is 4 years post retirement (1 presidential term), for example, would allow politicians and changing times to merge more seamlessly. There was no attack. The only act of violence was by Michael Byrd, he murdered Ashley Babbet in cold blood. No charges were filed agaist him.
