tRUMP Swearing In represents a Constitutional Crisis

Amendment 14, Section 3 clearly states that anyone who has taken an oath to defend and support the Constitution (as tRUMP clearly did) and then participates and/or aids and abets an insurrection cannot again serve in a federal office.

Of course all those MAGA politicians such as Gym Jordan, Biggs, etc. are equally GUILTY.

MAGAs = the Party of Insurrection & Oath Breakers!

All charges were dropped because there was no legal avenue remaining to proceed with once he became president elect. I'd advise a task force to keep track of his anti-American activities once he becomes president again.

@SW-User Lets get real. 4 years and the guy will be dead or a vegetable. (The closest thing he has been to one in a long time).😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Four years is long enough to do lasting damage.
@CorvusBlackthorne Exactly. And this time around he doesn’t have the ones who know how dangerous he really is around him to apply the guardrails.
@whowasthatmaskedman Let’s get real—you are copping out.

@whowasthatmaskedman I can’t dispute your post. But I will NEVER SURRENDER TO A DRAFT DODGING COWARD WHO DISRESPECTS MY FELLOW HEROS WHO STOOD UP FOR FREEDOM.

PERIOD!

@CorvusBlackthorne Oh Hell Yes. In four years Trump could turn America into an international pariah.. In four years project 2025 could turn America into a police state. But hey.. Thats what they voted for. Who are we to deny them their choices?😷
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@KunsanVeteran I understand the threat. And it exists because of a few decades of having Americas birthright peeled away one layer at a time. But no one minded as long as they had cheap gasoline and could bully other countries.😷

@KunsanVeteran No one disputed the service and sacrifices of those young people who place their bodies at the front to protect those at home. But I think we are entitled to question some of the places and causes they have more recently been sent to serve..😷

@SW-User That would be illegal in his MAGAlomaniac dictatorship administration and considered "the enemy from within". The US military would then be ordered to eliminate all those involved.

@KunsanVeteran With all due respect for you and the other servicepeople who served your country, and with particular respect for you, the singular behaviour for which I can in fact forgive Mr. Trump is avoiding Vietnam by whatever means necessary.

I do agree that ideally, Mr. Trump should simply have joined the conscientious objectors and made his opinion of the war known publicly, but not everyone is as courageous as those people were.
@CorvusBlackthorne Oh I can agree with you about that, but the fact is he not only evaded the draft but he did it by falsifying an official document.

He took the gutless way out after enjoying multiple deferments.

I agree that the Vietnam war was an unjust war (as was the Bush-Cheney second Gulf war which was predicated on lies).

Frankly tRUMP would have been an absolute disaster in military service and likely would have—at best—been dismissed with a dishonorable discharge.

Now this unfit piece of human %@#/ will be Commander in Chief a second time around after his first go at it caused so much damage to our military is a travesty that should never have happened.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@KunsanVeteran I see. In that case, we are in complete agreement. He has no respect for the institutions to which he has been handed the reins.

As a matter of fact, a theory has been floated about which I think explains everything if true. His purpose in running for president is to destroy the country by choosing wildly inappropriate persons for the various federally appointed positions.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@CorvusBlackthorne I think you credit Trump with way more intelligence and greater planning skills than he possesses..😷
