@dancingtongue I am forever amazing how a lot of "rich" people live right up to their income level. I am not saying they would hungry. But those private school fees, the large wardrobe and the mistress with the nice apartment and Masarati in Washington add up..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Just to remind you that ALL 'rich' people don't always meet the criteria for being rich - i.e. being financially stable!
Many are living a deprived lifestyle: working long hours to maintain that appearance which leads to stressed relationships (especially if there's a family). Perhaps that 'mistress' is less of a friend than is declared by the boaster. Who knows who's on the fringe of being investigated for a breach of financial trust or similar offense? Yes: "Living up to their income level" may have a few nuances to it.
Yet: I know several 'well-to-do' and 'well-balanced' people who you would never think of as being as wealthy as they are as they live a happy life with their 'ordinary' good friends and neighbours.

@JollyRoger I totally agree. And there is nothing wrong with extending yourself financially for all the right reasons, such as quality education or helping family. I have been there myself. But we both know the stereotypical Congressman and Senator dont meet that criteria on either side of the house.. And lets get real. Lf they were smart enough to make real money in any business they would not be pro$tituting themselves in Washington..😷
