That is a hard question to answer because it is not that simple. For example rural vs urban populations in the same province can have wildly different political norms.
For example Point Douglas in Winnipeg, Manitoba where I lived for 15 years elected the first Marxist to parliament in all of North America.
But the rural areas will find you interacting with Hutterite and Mennonites who are very socially conservative.
