Left Wing University of Pennsylvania president PRAISES that animal who murdered the United Healthcare CEO

If you're looking for ANOTHER reason to get rid of the Department of Education, look no further than the idea of cutting off government subsidized student loans for price gouging NAZI institutions like the the U of Penn.

PA lawmaker demands accountability at UPenn after prof praises Luigi Mangione

EXCLUSIVE: A Pennsylvania congressman fired off a scathing letter overnight to the University of Pennsylvania’s president demanding the firing of a left-wing professor whose social media posts lauded Luigi Mangione, the suspect accused of murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

In his letter, GOP Rep. Dan Meuser called for Cinema & Media Studies professor Julia Alekseyeva’s firing and noted the university had just finished weathering another scandal relating to its soft response to antisemitic and pro-Hamas protests.

Alekseyeva made her online accounts private this week after blowback for saying – among other things – that she is proud to be a UPenn Quaker like the accused killer. Thompson's murder sparked a left-wing outcry depicting a simmering anger toward the insurance industry that led to online celebrations in other quarters.

That animal Mangione deserves the DEATH PENALTY.

I would have preferred the CEO had defended himself with deadly force and put down that animal. But the CEO has been murdered. That animal Mangione should NEVER be allowed to breathe free air again.

I guess it’s justice for all the people the CEO has murdered through his insurance company thinking they know more than doctors…

Not that you’ll have anything to do with it, at your age you’ll be joining him in a grave soon

@whoami1993 Funny I have been speaking to someone from the UK that seems to be having the same type of problems that we have had with the Healthcare system.

It is at the very least inappropriate for any public official to use their platform to express what is at best a controversial personal opinion. A life is a life, no matter who it belongs to..
I can understand with the "alleged" harm the CEOs policies and decisions have caused. that some may lack sympathy for him and his family and maybe there is a lesson there for others in similar positions. You can make the case that his lack of respect for the lives and welfare of others contributed to this. But shooting your mouth off in the way this person has is just wrong and inflames a bad situation for all.😷

@Reason10 Those "working the clains" fo so under the instructions and policies set by the CEO. One of the biggest issues we have in this capitalist dystem is massively overpaid CEO's wo claim they deserve the money because they are responsible, that they know everything goes on in their company until, and unless, they are actually being held responsible, eg in court. Then they didn't know, it's a huge company and they can't expected to know everything etc.
As above I don't sanction or excuse murder, but denying a CEO knew how his company operates is denial and / or stupidity.

@BizSuitStacy Glad Gunter Eagleman is helping you out with your thinking.
@Kwek00 You and AOC have at least one thing in common...you're immune to brain-eating zombies.

@BizSuitStacy Did you get that meme from Twitter too?
What happened to freedom of speech?

What happened to "I disagree with what you say, but I'll fight for your right to say it"??

Admit it, you never believed in freedom of speech.

@ElwoodBlues Congress

Zuckerberg says he regrets caving to White House pressure on content
Meta’s CEO tells the House Judiciary Committee that he wishes he had been more outspoken against Biden administration efforts during the pandemic.
@DogMan Zuckerberg makes clear that Meta had the final say about content. The government can't force Meta; Meta chose to follow government pressure this time but may not follow it next time. That's kinda the definition of choice.

@ElwoodBlues Zucky figures he will get a better deal out of the next President after he buys Truth Social and overpays..😷

Just another day of Liberal Academia, those who profess to know what's best for society while living almost as isolated from it as the other liberal elite, hollywood.

One person's "animal" is another person's hero.
Reason10 · 70-79, M
@cuppatea You think a pre meditated MURDERER is a hero?

What if that guy had shot Obama (whose Obamacare caused THOUSANDS to lose their coverage and DIE IN PAIN.)???
Would you call that guy a hero?

@Reason10 What keeps you here? I hear Russia 📞
Same with the animals that caused the deaths of 5 cops on and after J6.
They will be seeking the death penalty because the victim was a rich, white man.

Will they find a jury willing to convict, though...?

That´s not a university , anymore. That´s a leftist indoctrination center. What that professor did is truly despicable.
Vin53 · M
@Underconstruction Separating toddlers while deporting their parents is horrifically despicable, what this professor did was root for her alma mater football team you conscienceless deplorable.
@Vin53 They can all leave together. Or house the illegals yourself, but you´re obviously a keyboard warrior with nothing to offer but your word salads.

I thought Obamacare fixed health care? We all kept our doctors, prices went down,
everyone is covered, it's all good, right???
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@DogMan If the plan Obama proposed had passed it would have gone some way to that. Sadly congress and the Senate as usual got bought off by the insurance industry and the maedical supplies and Pharma people. And the Frankensteins monster in place now was designed to fail. But they are only Americans. Who cares?😷
You are a walking example of what happens when you defund public education.

The only political extremist here is you. Right wing shill for the oligarchy demanding the death of anyone who interferes with the billionaire ruling class.

Just like how conservatism came out of the Royalist position.

The person is a U of Pennsylvania assistant professor. She acknowledged her mistake and apologized.

The U. of Pennsylvania is an educational institution not a political institution. They even take people like Trump and his kids.
Wouldn't call him an animal but he needs to repent and find Christ.

In the meantime prayers for the CEO's family 🙏

The only thing that's bazaar about Luigi being dubbed a hero by American standards as far as America's bazaar obsession with 'heroism' is concerned, is that Luigi actually shot the wrong person at United Insurance!

However, Luigi didn't know it and he still doesn't and neither do Luigi's faithful American followers either and quite frankly, neither do you, Reason10!
DogMan · 61-69, M
@swirlie I don't know, why don't you tell us, oh wise one.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@DogMan Extremely convenient for conspiracy theorists. I wonder whose fault the next US pandemics of Polio, Diptheria and smallpox will be that only break out in America. I mean it cant be the cancelled vaccination programs, compliments of Trump. It has to be someone elses fault. The sad fact is that the Covid pandemic was global.. And the fact thay America had a mortality rate up to ten times that of other developed countries was due to the Trump administration not pushing masked and lockdowns and encouraging everyone to stay open and go out. I do hope none of your family died because of him..😷
swirlie · 31-35, F
@DogMan
Well, both the Spanish flu and the China flu have one thing in common as far as Trump was concerned.... they were both one in the same, meaning they were both nothing more than the common flu, which is why Trump never actually acted to protect Americans from Covid when he was quickly proven wrong as American bodies started piling up like cordwood behind funeral homes across the USA in 2020.

And secondly, the Spanish flu never actually existed in reality!

What existed however, was a viral pandemic that spread throughout Europe during the time of the First World War.

The reason it was called the Spanish flu is because the country of Spain was the only country in Europe that refused to participate in WWI and calling the pandemic the "Spanish flu" was the world's way of belittling Spain for being the only country in the world to sit on the sidelines and do nothing, pretty much like the USA sat on the sidelines and did nothing during the first two years of WWII.

@Vin53 I'm just calmly discussing a news story. I have nothing to get over. The animal who committed that murder is in custody. Hopefully he'll NEVER get out of prison.
