@laurieluvsit Absolutely. I always say smoking is much better than Alcohol, as smoking possibly affects only the upper respiratory, while drinking just affects the entire body as every part is affected in sequence starting with the stomach and intestines. So drinking must be compensated by abstinence for the body to recover.

It used to be 18. That's what it was when I was 18. Apparently, that led to too many drunk driving accidents involving teenagers. (Went in for my first legal drink at 18 but I still looked about 14 at the time. It was a problem for liquor servers for years. But I never drink anymore anyway.)

@justanothername personal choices only, I guess. I stopped liking alcohol when I was eleven. I was really into wine as a little kid.
