Why would Trump who is not the President pardon Hunter when the President has already pardoned him?

@WildWings Think about it, the pardon from dad only applies to when it was issued. What if he gets into more trouble between now and then? (and history says it's not out of the question...)

@Reason10 He does seem to have a pattern... you never know! Don't be surprised if he gets called to testify and has a sudden relapse.
