Should Biden pardon Trump?

Serious question, and as a MAGA critic, I think it could be a good idea:

1) make it only cover crimes to date. It’s not like he will ever be prosecuted for them when he is out of office.
2) should trump accept the pardon, he is basically accepting that he did something wrong.
3) Basically throws MAGAs for a loop, and makes Biden look like the better man.

There's logic to it but I think there's far more Americans who want justice than care about Biden looking like the "better man." Trump has already skated on the most crucial crimes. Can't let all his behaviors go unpunished. That's a bad precedent. Worse than it is already.

@Ynotisay the problem is, he cannot pardon state crimes. And both Jack Smith cases, no matter how guilty, won’t go anywhere thanks to the activist scotus. And, Trump is likely to commit more crimes. Word a pardon such that it cleverly makes clear that Trump is being pardoned for crimes - and let him take it or refuse it. But as pointed out, Magas live in an alternate reality so they will write whatever narrative they fantasize about.
