I think the incoming Congress should pass a new law, all presidential pardons must be approved by SCOTUS first, that they must review the list of potentials.

@NativePortlander1970 Don't think that's possible. It would take a constitutional amendment. Pardon power is given constitutionally to the President.
@eli1601 I have a feeling it would pass, a lot of the leftists are boiling mad that BinBiden pardoned Hunter, videos are all over youtube where politicians and pundits are praising Pedo Pete when he said he wouldn't pardon the cocaine cowboy, saying he respected the "rule of law".
