I'm scratching my head as to why all of a sudden Biden not only is visiting Africa for the first time, but Angola at that, a colony of Cuba. It has a machete on it's flag. This is a warning to others to keep out.

Maybe Biden thinks he is traveling to Andorra, and not Angola. Very strange move for a lame duck President suffering from senility to make.
